Stonecrest Investment Management is a collaboration of professional financial and development firms residing and investing in Puerto Rico. With over 5 million square feet of collective development experience in addition to billions of development funding expertise, we are excited to focus our efforts on driving new economic opportunities in Puerto Rico with a specific focus on underutilized assets, job creation, and energy efficiency. We currently have over $1 billion of projects in various development phases within Puerto Rico, which we believe will create over 2,000 long-term jobs, and over 10,000 jobs through construction.

Stonecrest is the Investment Manager for various Private Equity funding vehicles, including its Act 60 Private Equity Fund, the Stonecrest Equity Fund I LLC. The Act 60 nature of the fund allows easy access for Puerto Rican investors to obtain potential tax deductions and have additional benefits from their investment (like a zero capital gains tax). Non-PR investors can also take advantage of the tax status from the investments. The Equity Fund I was created in November 2021, and currently is an anchor investor in four investments in the tourism, residential, manufacturing, and energy sectors.
